These are steel spring u-nut body clips. They are commonly used for mounting fenders and rubber panels, but can be found in many places throughout your vehicle.
Thread sizes available are: #8-32, #10-24, 1/4"-20, 5/16"-18, 3/8"-16
The first number is the diameter, the second number listed is the Tpi, or threads per inch.
5/16" is the most common size in fender and body mounting applications.
Used on many GM, Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Oldsmobile, Pontiac, Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, Dodge, Ram, Mopar, and Plymouth vehicles.
